Village houses and facilities in Phoenix Kam
Let's start with the entrance at the gate of Phoenix Kam, where there would be a parking space for the horse-drawn carriage, bicycles and scooters.
There will also be a baby hatch so that newborns can be dropped off anonymously. The baby hatch could be located on the right side of the main building. The newborn would be placed in a warming bed through a hatch, which would trigger an alarm for our doctor. The newborn would then be taken out of the hatch and given first aid.
It is possible for mothers to take their newborn child back into care once the necessary formalities have been checked.
There should be a letter in the baby hatch telling us who to contact if the mother/father changes their mind, as well as a letter for the baby with medical information, first names and anything the person would like to tell us about a possible adoption.

Two water wheels there should be for us, the first one would be between the back exit of the main building and the restaurant and the second one would be at the back part of the project.
Renewable energies would be the focus in
Phoenix Kam. In the Middle Ages, people used water power to make heavy work easier or to speed it up. Water power is always suitable for generating electricity. Well-designed water wheels have an efficiency of 75% - 80%. A positive side effect is that they are easy to repair and have a long service life.
Nowadays it is more important than ever to think about environmentally friendly energy sources and to do something yourself, for example to generate electricity on an ecological basis. With the water wheel we always have enough energy available for our own use, it hardly costs anything and we can therefore save a lot on electricity costs.
A fountain with seating in front of the main building
is intended, this invites you to relax in a quiet, peaceful atmosphere in which the children can dip their feet there as they wish.
This should be structured as an energy circle and would be filled with magnesium crystals that dissolve in the water and thus have a relaxing effect on the body. In addition to the energy circle, medicinal herbs and shrubs will be grown in a circle, which have the corresponding healing effect on people.

A restaurant, thewould be provided behind the main building,This should be the case in our project by having the staff eat meals together with the children.
What we eat affects our body and soul. Food is building material for the body. A healthy, balanced, colored diet, like the rainbow diet that we would offer, with lots of vegetables, herbs, fruits and grains is therefore an important building block in our concept.
Another major focus of Phoenix Kam will be to have gratitude and reverence for food. Food is not just a substance, but a basic requirement for our body to function optimally. It's about what you eat and how the food is delivered.
1000 years ago we had a different eating culture. Today's consists mainly of factory foods such as white flour, sugar, refined oils and fats, as well as pizzas, fast foot, etc. The children/teenagers would learn how to eat well and healthily in a natural way. They would also learn to consciously contact the food they eat. They would learn this by holding their hands over the food and feeling into it to move into gratitude.

They would also learn to observe how their body reacts. Does the body feel alive, which is a sign of good eating, or does it feel sluggish, which shows the body that it is having difficulty? This allows you to experiment with food. The aim here is to raise awareness among children about the consumption of food.
Once a month, alternative dishes would be cooked and baked together with the creativity of children and young people and offered for visitors to get to know and for sale in front of the portal on the market square.

Spiritual House Phoenix Kam
In the spiritual house, various humanities would be brought together to remember the divine again.
This includes: Kabbalah, humanities, anthroposophy, theosophy, Buddhism, Vedic teachings, meditation, spiritual dance art such as eurythmy, etc.
In this house, in this place, a spiritual the atmosphere be created where one would get the feeling of divine presence, calm and peace. Our true home is God and we should thank him for everything.
The spirituality of this house should not be aloof and should not seem superior to anyone. No one is better because with God we are all equal. This house and everyone who comes and goes here should radiate humility, compassion, equanimity, gentleness, prudence, peace, serenity, light and love, happiness, joy, contentment, freedom, or rather a spiritual naturalness. Everything here should be spiritual.
A natural goods and alternative storewould arise
We think it's important and think very highly of regional and natural products and items.
Organic farms and businesses in the area should Supply our natural goods store with a variety of regional goods. You will find everything you need for a healthy life.
Here our staff, children and young people find, among other things, organic food, grain mills, environmentally friendly household items, natural cosmetics, organic clothing for young and old, natural children's toys and games, paper goods, self-produced and regional products.
The shop is also open to visitors during visiting hours.
In the alternative store, (first floor) we would offer alternative utensils such as pendulums, mandala drawings, light figures, CDs with mantras and chants, card sets and others, gemstones, pendants, aromas and various other things.
During visiting hours, visitors can also shop in the natural goods alternative shop.
The income from this would flow into our project.

Building with hemp and natural lime is an optimal solution from an ecological point of view. Our 22 houses and all other buildings in PHOENIX KAM would be built from these building blocks in an environmentally friendly and healthy way.
The hemp is one of humanity's oldest cultivated plants.
The natural lime is one of the oldest and most proven building materials. These two are combined and are the building material of the future.
Yellow for babies up to 2 years, turquoise for ages 2-4, pink for 4-6 years, blue for 6-12, orange for 12-18, green for 18-24 for those who want to get involved in the village. All buildings in Phoenix Kam would be colored in the light beam colors.
The round or semicircular shape of a house represents stability, harmony, little building material and heating energy. These houses offer many advantages. They are superior to traditional construction in many ways, mainly because of the energy efficiency due to the small external surface area and the possibilities for flexible interior design. The construction time is very short and it can be built quickly.
According to construction experts, the semicircular house shapes are said to withstand heavy loads from strong winds and snowfall because they are supposed to be stronger than other houses. The roof is not prone to leaks. In summer the buildings are not heated as much. You also save on heating and electricity costs.
These houses would each be occupied by a childminder/father and 6 children. They are colored and are divided according to age.
