Phoenix Kam needs people who have a heart for children and young people who have experienced difficult life situations, so that we can create a permanent, regulated, structured, loving home for them.
We would like to achieve all of this with our classic and alternative methods. We hold the key to creating a better future with other interested people who find our methods helpful and healing for these babies/children/young people.

Our employees, these should include employees who receive a salary, but interested volunteers are also welcome and everyone can contribute their skills and time where help is needed.
Volunteers are also welcome and would support us in realizing planned projects and carrying out planned activities. There is a lot to do.
